In this 1st episode I introduce you to Arnfried Klein-Werner. He is a counsellor, author and speaker, has an Honors degree in Psychology from the university of the Western Cape.
He is a specialist on principles that promote maximized performance in relationships, and has applied his knowledge to help individuals, teams and organizations to achieve their goals.
As a counsellor, he has ample experience in helping both men and women through the aftermath of betrayal whether they decide to stay together or separate at the end of the day.
In this 1st conversation we cover the initial stages of shock and denial and I talk a little bit about my theory of emotional lock down.
We also talk about the cause and effect fallacy and try to get guys to understand that it was not their fault as well as the expected time before the storms of denial begin to settle and one can start feeling close to normal again.
